Green Oaks Primary Academy is a mainstream Primary School and nursery.

Green Oaks Primary Academy no longer has a Designated Special Provision.

Green Oaks Primary Academy are NOT part of the Purple Oaks Provision and cannot fast track pupils into this provision.

We work closely with the relevant external agencies to ensure that pupils get the right support within our mainstream setting here at Green Oaks Primary Academy.

Early Help Assessment - The EHA is a simple way to help identify the needs of children and families and make a plan to meet those needs. It is a shared tool which can be used by all agencies in Northamptonshire who are delivering early help. Its purpose is to provide a co-ordinated response so no-one misses out on the support they may need.
